The year 2011. Works for CH&P Plant "Kraków" S.A:
Modernisation of generators' gas installation with the object of eliminating the danger of explosion. First phase of works on the generator no. 2.
Replacement of the RS4 reducing and cooling station.
Overhaul of the OP-430 no. 3 boiler consisitng in ovwerhaul of pressure installation, fittings and closing components.
Overhaul of cable ducts under the switching room of units' electrofilters. This task consisted in fire protection of the cable ducts according work safety regulations (ventillation, sprinklers, grounding, fire detectors).
Regenerative overhaul of the 13UK125 TG-1 turboset with auxiliary equipment (as a subcontractor of ZRE Katowice S.A.)
Overhaul of the K1 OP-380 boiler (as a subcontractor of Enrem - Połaniec Sp. z o.o.)
Repair of collecting electrodes of the no.1 electrofilter (as a subcontractor of Budimex S.A.).
Modernisation of soot blowers of the OP-430 no. 3 boiler (as a subcontractor of Clyde Bergemann Polska Sp. z o.o.).
Other clients:
For Zespół Elektrociepłowni Wrocławskich KOGENERACJA S.A. - modernisation of generators' gas installation. Modernisation consisted in an adaptation of hydrogen filling and removing devices to usage of nitrogen instead of carbon dioxide.
Late 2011, early 2011 we made, for Elektrownia Rybnik S.A., a fittings overhaul of the no. 1 unit. It included main and auxiliary technological installations of the 200MW unit with power supply installation.
The year 2010. Building of the heat accumulator installation for INSTAL Kraków SA. Assembling works consisting in building of welded and insulated pipe network lying on flyovers (pipe diameters: 50 - 1200) at CH&P Plant "KRAKÓW" SA.
Adaptation of the K-2 and K-3 boilers to an automated operation.
The range of works: replacement of the coal hopper no 52 rod gate of the WP 120/KW-5 boiler at Zespół Elektrociepłowni Wrocławskich "Kogeneracja" SA. Modernisation of the rod gate consisted in replacement of the hand operated rod gate (activated by pneumatic hammer) with a new, hydraulically driven one.
The works covered stocktaking of the object, designing, prefabrication of the drop gate and it's drive, installation of power supply and control devices and modification of the operation manual.
Przystosowanie kotła K-2 i K-3 do pracy w trybie automatyki w zakresie wymiany zasuwy prętowej zasobnika węgla nr 52 kotła WP 120/KW-5 w Zespole Elektrociepłowni Wrocławskich "Kogeneracja" SA.
Modernizacja zasuwy prętowej polegała na zastąpieniu ręcznej zasuwy (otwieranej kluczem pneumatycznym), zasuwą z napędem hydraulicznym. Prace obejmowały inwentaryzację obiektu, wykonanie projektu, prefabrykację i montaż zasuwy wraz z napędem, montaż zasilania i sterowania oraz modyfikację instrukcji eksploatacji.
Modernisation of the turboset no. 5 at CH&P Plant Skawina S.A.
In the year 2009 our company has entered services market of CH&P Plant Skawina S.A. (the member of CEZ group). As a member of the syndicate with Turbocare Sp. z o.o. company from Wrocław we made an overhaul of the turboset no. 5.
The range of works:
- overhaul of the oil system,
- delivery and replacement of the sealing oil station,
- pumps overhaul,
- modernisation of the hydrogen station together with delivery and replacement of pipelines and fittings.
Type 13UP-110 TG4 turbine overhaul at CH&P Plant "KRAKÓW" as a subcontractor
of TURBOCARE Sp. z o.o. from Wrocław.
Repair of ball-and-bowl type coal mills at CH&P Plant "KRAKÓW" as part of repair works
of the turboset and peak-load boiler rooms in the year 2008.
Modernisation of the WP-120 type water boiler No 6 electrofilter at CH&P Plant "KRAKÓW".
Repair of the 4XB heat exchanger at CH&P Plant "KRAKÓW".
Heat output system modernisation at CH&P Plant "KRAKÓW" - placing of a new pipeline
(works completed).
Repair of the 3MW1 type coal mill at CH&P Plant "KRAKÓW" as part of repair works of the turboset and peak-load boiler rooms.
Electrical and technological works on building an oil storage for ENION S.A. at Biskupa Hodura street in Kraków.
Modernisation of fire protection installation at CH&P Plant "KRAKÓW".
Works on the OP 380 No 2 boiler at CH&P Plant "KRAKÓW" - May 2007
- scheduled repair of the boiler,
- periodical overhaul of fresh steam coolers,
- periodical overhaul of the intermediate overheater.
In January 2007 we finished the modernisation of heat exchangers' facilities in Cracow - Nowa Huta as a contractor of MPEC S.A. Full replacement of devices was accomplished - installation, building, electrical works and control and measurement equipment installation .
