In our company, since 1998, The Welding Laboratory has been functioning. In the year 2000, by fulfilling the criteria of the PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2001, PN-EN 473 standard and the DT-L/95 specification, we achieved the level II approval LB-061/12. We are authorised to carry out non-destructive tests of devices being subject to technical inspection.

Our laboratory offers services within the following range:

• non-destructive tests:
  - ultrasonic tests of welded joints
  - ultrasonic measurements of thickness with thickness measuring device
  - penetrative tests
  - magnetic powder tests

• destructive tests:
  - hardness measurements with removable measuring device

• other tests:
  - tests based on inspection of external parts
  - length measurements
  - angle measurements

• technical advisory covering choice and development of non-destructive and destructive testing technology in the range of our authorisation.

In co-operation with our subcontractors, we also offer carrying out:

• radiographical inspection of welded joints,
• chemical composition analysis of metals,
• endoscopic inspections.

The methods, which the laboratory uses, let to obtain information about welding, technological and exploitation defects of the examined object without changing it's operational characteristics.
The tests can be carried out in different stadiums of the production process: since initial material control, through between-stages tests, to the acceptance trials, also during operation, which means in the laboratory or on site.

We also offer technical advisory covering:

• consultations within the range of welded constructions technology,
• determining the quality level of welded joints.
