Our company also specialises in assembling of heat exchangers and pumping stations.

So far, within the framework of pollution emission liquidation, we have assembled over 100 pieces of complete and fully automated heat exchangers and geothermal water pumping stations in Cracow, Jastrzębie Zdrój and for "PEC Geotermia Podhalańska" in Zakopane.

The heat exchangers realized by us, according to the orderer's demands, were assembled as:

• monofunction (central heating or hot consumption water)
• multifunction (central heating, hot consumption water, ventilation),

with full automation of all of them.

For control and automation, we have used controllers produced by Honeywell, Siemens, Jonson Control and others. These controllers are adjusting heating temperature level according to the outdoor temperature measure. The consumption water temperature is set by the user, as a time setting in the controller software, which provides continuous hot water supply at defined parameters for the building.

Manufacturing of the heat exchangers has been financed by different sources, including: EKOFUNDUSZ, Voivodeship Environment Protection Fund, PHARE.

We provide maintenance and operational support for most of the heat exchangers mounted.
